Let us take the worry out of being compliant with HIPAA, OIG, Medicare, Medicaid, OSHA, MIPs and your State. It also includes the recommended monthly review of all your staff on the State and Federal exclusion lists.
Documentation Audits
T.O.P.’s documentation audits review your records and billing and provide a report to you for guidance on improvement. This service provides your office with insight on where and what an auditor may be looking towards when reviewing your records for medical necessity and billing.

The Office of Inspector General recommends monthly screenings and some insurers require regular/monthly screenings on multiple federal and state exclusion lists for your office name and all staff members. T.O.P. performs these screenings monthly as part of our (RCOA) Remote Compliance Officer Assistant Program or as an add-on for our Privilege Members only.
